Case Study: Brand IMS

Appointment Booking and Digital Enhancement

Brand Imaging are a packaging and pre-media production agency based primarily in Manchester.

They are the largest independent pre-press business in the UK, working with global brands such as Coca-Cola, Diageo and Kimberly-Clark.

 

After achieving substantial success in their near 20 years in business, they were now having difficulty connecting with new prospects and booking appointments. Their current marketing strategy was ineffective and they were struggling to get responses with their outreach strategy.

 

Their hopes were to increase their clientele throughout their forthcoming expansion with an incredibly effective lead generation system developing, along with an enhancement to their online presence.

To do this, I created numerous campaigns in three different areas: LinkedIn organic content, LinkedIn outreach and email outreach. Each with their own A/B tests, assessing the results and hammering down in the areas of maximum success.

 

The goal was for each area to work in harmony, i.e. content encouraging replies, emails attracting prospects to the website and LinkedIn, and so on.

 

In the past, Brand had relied primarily on referrals to attain clients, although many outreach attempts had been made.

 

Upon asking about KPIs, this was tough to assess due to their results in the past. Before we began work, they had very little luck with outreach and content, with reply rates at virtually 0%.

 

In a small yet notoriously difficult industry to work within, this is expected.

What results did we find?

Within one week of the first email campaign, we had an appointment booked with a very promising business opportunity. Open rates were initially hovering around the 54% mark, with reply rates starting at 9%. This was quickly raised to over 20% throughout the campaigns.

This is a tremendous improvement to their previous results, again in a very difficult industry to navigate. So far, Brand IMS are very pleased with the work we are doing together.
